At FaceInsight, your privacy is fundamental to our mission. We built this service with a privacy-first approach — your facial data is processed in real-time in your browser and is never stored on our servers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Photos (Not Stored): When you upload a photo for analysis, it is processed entirely in your browser using client-side AI. The photo never leaves your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. The facial analysis results are calculated locally.

Account Information: If you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address for account management and order fulfillment. We do not collect or store your photos.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited, features used, and browser type. This data does not include any personal information or facial data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the FaceInsight analysis service
• Process payments and deliver purchased reports
• Send you important updates about your account or the service
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

We want to be explicit about what we do NOT do with your information:

• We do NOT store your uploaded photos on any server

• We do NOT track your browsing behavior outside of FaceInsight

Facial Analysis: All facial landmark detection and analysis occurs client-side in your browser. No facial data is transmitted to our servers. The analysis results exist only in your browser session.

Account Data: Email addresses and account information are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Payment Data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never have access to your full payment details.

We use minimal cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the service to function (e.g., session management, payment processing)
• Analytics cookies: We use anonymous analytics to understand how users interact with our service. No personal data is collected.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts: Web fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Google Privacy Policy
• MediaPipe: Google's facial landmark detection library, loaded from CDN and executed entirely in your browser.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

FaceInsight is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
