By accessing or using FaceInsight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

FaceInsight is operated by FaceInsight Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services.

FaceInsight provides AI-powered facial analysis services. Users can upload photographs of their faces to receive insights about facial proportions, symmetry, structure, and features. The Service includes both free preview content and paid detailed reports.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account or provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Paid features of the Service are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Single Reports: One-time payment for a complete facial analysis report. Access is immediate and permanent.

Subscriptions: Recurring billing at the stated rate per billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All fees are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for single report purchases and subscription charges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@faceinsight.ai within 7 days of the transaction for a full refund.

When you upload a photo for analysis, you represent that you own or have the right to use that photo. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photo for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. We do not use uploaded photos for any purpose other than providing the analysis service. We do not share, sell, or distribute user photos.

IMPORTANT: FaceInsight provides aesthetic insights for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our analysis and recommendations do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or licensed cosmetic professional with any questions regarding medical conditions or treatment options. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by FaceInsight.

While we strive to provide accurate and useful analysis, the results generated by FaceInsight are based on automated algorithms and should be interpreted as general guidance only. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or discriminate against others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to create competing products or services
• Upload photos containing minors (individuals under 18 years of age)
• Share or distribute analysis results in a way that harms others

The FaceInsight brand, logo, design, algorithms, and content are owned by FaceInsight Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
